Have you just bought a Fighting Films judo kimono<\/a> and would like to know how best to wash it? Discover the different steps to follow to preserve the quality of your kimono even after dozens of washes! <\/p>\n\n

  1. We recommend that you wash your judo kimono<\/a> before using it for the first time. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. After each workout, air out your kimono.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. After the first few washes, your kimono will shrink slightly (depending on the model).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If the kimono is too big, don’t hesitate to wash it hot the first time to shrink it slightly. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. For other washes, follow label instructions (wash at 30\u00b0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Bleach is not recommended, as it can damage the judogi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Wash it regularly, every 3-4 training sessions, to keep it white and shiny. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Be careful not to wash your white kimono with clothes of other colors. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Blue kimonos can rub off on your other clothes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Then, for drying, recommend natural drying, which can take up to 24 hours, or, if you want your kimono to shrink slightly, put it in the dryer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Finally, you can iron your kimono to keep it wrinkle-free, and use a judo bag<\/a> to carry it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
