The blue belt is the second stage of the Brazilian jiu-jitsu journey. To earn your bjj blue belt<\/a> there are many requirements that vary from school to school, but are similar overall.<\/p>\n\n

Knowledge of basic techniques:<\/h3>\n\n

Progression to the bjj blue belt implies knowledge and mastery of the basic Brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques<\/a> taught to white belts. <\/p>\n\n
