Baby judo is not designed to turn your child into a judo genius from the age of 5. Above all, this sport helps to develop your child’s motor skills<\/strong>. They learn to use their bodies properly and, very important for a child, whether for judo or for playing in the playground with friends, the teacher teaches them how to fall. <\/p>\n\n They learn to manage theapprehension of falling<\/strong> and to fall without hurting themselves. First on your own, then with a dummy or with another friend. <\/p>\n During the various sessions, which last a maximum of 60 minutes<\/strong>, young children are introduced to the rules and moral code of judo. The values they learn in baby judo will also be useful for their future lives! Values such asfriendship, courage, self-control, modesty and honesty<\/strong> are taught. <\/p>\n\n The children learn to live in a group and listen to instructions while having fun with their friends.<\/p>\n\n In baby judo, children start with a white belt like in classical judo.<\/p>\n\n Then there are ways of progressing according to the child’s level of achievement.
