The Performance judo tatami is manufactured to the highest specifications.
The Performance tatami is ideal for clubs with a large number of members. Their light weight makes them easier to move than Olympic tatamis. But it’s still strong and sturdy enough to welcome judokas of all ages for many years to come.
Made from high-quality rice-straw pattern vinyl, specially impregnated to prevent cracking and remain flexible for many years. The mats have a microcellular anti-slip base with heat-welded corners.
Performance Judo Tatami has a density of 200 to 210 kg/m3.
Unlike many cheaper imitations, Fighting Films tatami is built to last. Some of our customers still use 30-year-old Fighting Films judo tatami without the vinyl cracking or the non-slip base peeling.
Our tatamis comply with European standard EN 12503-3.
At the Commonwealth Games 2022, Fighting Films mats were used, proving the quality of our tatamis.
The mats are available in standard sizes of : 2m x 1m and 1m x 1m, both 40mm thick
