What’s the difference between the Superstar Original and the Superstar 750?

The Superstar Original and Superstar 750 are the two top-of-the-range kimonos from Fighting Films. The difference between the two lies in the weight of each. The Superstar Original is 920 g and the Superstar 750 is 750 g. The new IJF standards mean that international competitors have to go for the Superstar 750 kimono. If you’re not competing internationally, you can stick to the more slim-fitting Superstar Original with a shorter skirt.

Customs duties and taxes :

For orders shipped outside France, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are payable by the purchaser and vary according to the country of destination. Please check with local customs authorities.

How do I place a club order?

To access the special rates for clubs, please log in via this access: https://www.fightingfilms.shop/inscriptions/. A minimum of 10 kimonos must be ordered.

Can I customize my Kimono?

It is indeed possible to embroider your kimonos and belts at Fighting Films. We have an embroidery machine in our store, so if you’d like to add a name or logo to your kimono, there’s no extra delay!

For modifications directly affecting the Fighting Films logo, the delivery time will be extended to 10 weeks, as these modifications are made directly at the factory. It is also possible to personalize the kimono on the shoulders, or replace the “Superstar” text with the name of the club or fighter. How do I return a product?

As long as an item is still in its original condition, you can return it. If you have washed your kimono, we will not be able to take it back.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of your return request to send the item back.

What are the withdrawal conditions?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. The item must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. All personalized items are non-refundable. Ask us for advice on choosing the right size!

What are the repayment conditions?

As long as an item is still in its original condition, the refund will be total, otherwise it will be partial or non-refundable.

What delivery method do you use?

Deliveries are made by DPD, directly to your home. Or by DHL if you’re abroad.

Can I collect my order in store?

If you’d like to come and try on your kimonos and chat with us, our team will be delighted to welcome you.

When will I receive my order?

If the items ordered are in stock, please allow between 2 and 4 working days for France and between 4 and 8 working days for the European Union.

I haven’t received all the items I ordered. What should I do?

Is payment secure?

Fighting Films guarantees total security for your e-commerce purchases. You can pay with a wide range of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). This secure transaction system is provided by PayPlug.

How do I get an invoice?
