Our women’s “Amitié” kimono jacket by Keiko-Gi takes its name from one of judo’s seven core values. Friendship is one of the core values of the century-old martial art of judo, a value that is essential both on and off the tatami.
With our Keiko-Gi collection, we aim to combine Japanese-style fashion and kimono cloth garments to create a one-of-a-kind clothing collection.
The women’s kimono jacket is 100% cotton, woven using the ancient Japanese technique of sashiko. A technique similar to that used in judo kimonos, making our jacket ultra-resistant yet supple and comfortable.
Our women’s kimono canvas jacket has an elegant gold zipper and two pockets on each side, making it a very practical jacket. Its design is inspired by the bottom of the kimono, with patterns similar to those on the bottom of judo kimonos, in a diamond pattern.
Its flared cut and large armholes make this jacket a must-have for a chill outdoor outing this summer!
