Special standards:
For a judogi to comply with IJF standards, it must meet certain criteria. It must come from a brand affiliated with the International Judo Federation, such as Fighting Films, have a weight of between 650 and 750 g/m2 and meet other requirements concerning skirt length, fabric composition, etc. To know if your judogi is IJF-approved, you need a red “IJF approved” label on the bottom of the jacket.
